Advance Financing Structure Fees
Alternative capital finance structures are difficult,
complicated and time consuming, requiring also real-time
principals and due diligence processes.
The most important factor to understand is that it takes a
small amount of expense on your part for us to help structure
your financing. The game

Corporation is
prepared to work hard at, in order to achieve your goals. The
processes to secure the necessary capital, regardless of the amounts

A tremendous amount of time and expense is involved in taking your project
through the required stages, in order to structure a financial instrument
that is suitable. This is what the financing structure fees cover. Our fees
are payable in advance, but may be dependent upon the type of business and
the type of financing required. Historically, we have found that the finance
structuring fees listed below are structured to meet the particular
financing requirements of our clients.
The minimum fee, before starting your project, will be
USD50,000, although
fees may vary with each unique project. You can be assured that Evanshen
Financial Corporation will work beyond the expenses of your project.

Success Fee
Once the project is complete and the funds have been obtained, Evanshen
Financial Corporation will acquire a standard 10% commission of the total
amount secured upon closing. Success Fee for 1 billion and more is
negotiable.
